Company Objectives

Our objective is to develop into a Specialist dual trade, (Stonework & Tiling) Contractor that operates in the mid to high sector market for Primary repeat Clients.

To achieve this we must implement:-

Contracts

• Awareness of our Company’s services offered
• Provide an acceptable clear price for the works
• Quality on time services
• Corporate appearance and attitudes
• Closer working relationships
• Build upon existing Primary Clients

The result(s) will be repeat Clients and strong reliable reputation.

Financial

• Level turnover to £7million by end of July 2004, achieve tender margins
• Increase turnover to £9M by end of July 2005 and exceed tender margins.
