| Phased refurbishment of 360nr rooms to either a modern or traditional feel whilst the hotel remained opened and undisturbed. A 300x300 marble composite tile was used throughout with bespoke shower and door thresholds, mother of pearl vanity tops and skirting pieces. Other works included cleaning existing marble works/items, new marble vanity tops, removal and replacement of individual wall tiles (including salvage) and revitalising the existing wall grouting (5100m2) |
