| Refurbishment of the toilet cores (Ground Floor to 7th) with a pre-finished terrazzo slab laid on a sand & cement bed. Bespoke splashback panel in the same terrazzo material with 100x100 walling in ceramic. Basement area contained changing and shower areas for the building operatives. Ground Floor reception was a 600x600x20mm bianco composite slab, pre-screed by us, to provide a high quality appearance to this important area. Approx. 1400m2. |
